An innovative Donegal project aiming to help reduce road deaths and driver behaviour through education have made it through to the ‘Social Entrepreneurs Bootcamp’.
The Pro-social Drivers programme based in Letterkenny had been short listed in the event run by Social Entrepreneurs Ireland and the event took place in Dublin recently.
Over 200 groups applied for a spot on the prestigious boot camp which took place on May 10 .
The Social Entrepreneurs Ireland group provide funding and support to social entrepreneur-led projects addressing societal challenges in a new or better way.
The Letterkenny based programme is run by Gary Doggett and Martin McFadden who work to educate people on the effects of driver behaviour.
