Martin O'Reilly joins the list of those opting out of Donegal panel for 2019

Martin O'Reilly . . . also opting out of Donegal for 2019

Hot on the heels of the news that Odhrán Mac Niallais will not be returning to the Donegal squad, there is further disappointing news with Martin O'Reilly of MacCumhaills opting out for 2019.
The Twin Towns man has been part of the squad since 2012 and holds three Ulster Championship medals and an All-Ireland medal.
This season his opportunities have been limited. He had a few outings in the Dr McKenna Cup and he was a starter against Meath in the National Football League at the start of February when he scored a point.
But thereafter he was an unused substitute and he has decided to concentrate with his club MacCumhaills for the year ahead.
Along with Mac Niallais and the recent departure of St Michaels pair Mark Anthony McGinley and Martin McElhinney, he will be a loss to the county back-up.
