Killybegs made it two wins from two games as they defeated Aodh Ruadh in Fintra on Sunday.
Aodh Ruadh 1-9
Aodh Ruadh raced into a six point lead as they led 1-3 to no score, but Killybegs found their touch.
Without Eoghan Bán Gallagher, who sat out the tie as a precaution, they didn't get their first score until the 20th minute, after missing a big number of chances.
But goals from Paul Cunningham and a screamer from Ryan Cunningham had them ahead by 2-5 to 1-3 at the break. Hugh McFadden (3) and Shaun Gorrell (2) were their other first half scorers.
Playing some delightful football, they pushed on in the second half and never looked in danger.
In the second half Michael Gallagher increased the lead and at one stage Killybegs led 2-10 to 1-4 with Hugh McFadden and Ryan Cunningham sharing four points.
