Seamus Coleman is out of Ireland’s game with Poland tonight in Wroclaw with a foot injury.
This was confirmed by the FAI yesterday. The Killybegs man captained Ireland in Thursday night’s 4-1 defeat to Wales in Cardiff.
The Everton defender missed a large slice of last season following a horrific double leg break following a tackle from Welsh defender Neil Taylor, in Dublin, in March 2017.
He returned to club action at the end of January and he had his first outing for Ireland at the end of March.
He joins a growing Irish injury list that includes James McClean, Robbie Brady, James McCarthy, Stephen Ward, Alan Browne, Scott Hogan and Sean Maguire.
