Finn Harps need extra-time to overcome Premier strugglers Bray Wanderers in FAI Cup

Finn Harps needed extra-time to prevail in the opening round of the Irish Daily Mail FAI Cup against Bray Wanderers at the Carlisle Grounds.

The Finn Park side, who have been on a very good run of form, came good in extra-time against the Premier Division side.
Harps had to come from behind in normal time after Bray Wanderers took an early lead with Ger Pender on target after just 15 minutes.
But Harps got back on terms midway through the second half with big Sam Todd getting the vital goal which won them the right to extra-time.
In extra-time the breakthrough for Harps came through Mikey Place and they made it a comfortable win when recent signing Jacob Borg hit the third
