No joy for Harps against Shamrock Rovers

Despite another decent performance, Finn Harps lost out to Shamrock Rovers in Monday night's clash at Finn Park.

Gary McCabe scored from the penalty spot to give Pat Fenlon's side the points in a 1-0 win. They now share the lead in the SSE Premier Division with Dundalk.

Next up for Harps is the north west derby with Sligo Rovers at the Showgrounds on Saturday night.

There's good news for Ollie Horgan's side ahead of that game. The manager confirmed Ciaran Coll's injury is not as bad as first feared and he could be back playing again before too long.
