The Dungloe Minor Board held their annual family fun run/walk cycle on Sunday. We will contine with having the open fun day at the RCS sportshall on Saturday at 10am for all girls from U-8 right through to U-18.AN TEARMAINN: There was no winner of the Jackpot this week. Numbers drawn were 4, 22, 25 and 26. Open draw winners were Fiona McBride and Roisin Friel.

The official launch of the 50th anniversary celebrations took place last Friday night in the Lagoon. There is now a number of uniquely designed one-off CLG An Tearmainn branded items on sale for this year only. We also have a collection of games from the past restored to DVD available, and a special commemorative 50th anniversary jersey. All these items can be ordered through 50th Anniversary Chairman Hugh Harkin on 087-6891967.

Termon Senior Ladies are heading to Kerry to take part in the Comórtas Peile Páidi Ó’Sé on the weekend of 22-24 February.

AODH RUADH: A beginners referees course for hurling and football will be held in Jackson’s Hotel Ballybofey at 10am on Saturday.

We are close to the beginning of the season now with our minors and U-14s due to go into action shortly.

Well done to Orlaith Gillespie and Roise Keon who have made it onto the county U-16 panel and also to Bundoran girl Megan McGee. Congratulations to Tara Khan who captained Sligo IT to All Ireland league glory last Thursday.

Aodh Ruadh found themselves on the end of another one point defeat in their second outing in Division 5B of the Táin Ulster club hurling league. They lost out to Craobh Rua on a scoreline of 1-5 to 0-9.

BUNDORAN: Bundoran Bord na nOg will hold a registration day on Saturday, February 23rd from 11am-1pm at Supervalu. All parents are reminded to please register your child.

CILL CHARTHA: Congratulations to Coláiste na Carraige U-16 team on reaching the Ulster final. Congratulations to Margaret O’Donnell, The Rock, on winning the club Lotto of €4,200.

Eighteen coaches completed a foundation course last weekend. Congratulations to Ciara Cunningham and Nicole Carr on winning the All-Ireland with IT Sligo. Bingo winners, Elise Morrow €150,Margaret A Mc Brearty, €80,Michelle Mc Brearty €70, Ethna Byrne €100,Margaret Doherty €70.

CLOICH CHEANN FHAOLA: Cloughaneely GAA dancers will be on a new TG4 programme called Scor Encore this Sunday at 8pm. Congratulations to the ballad group and Set dancers who are through to the senior Scór county final this Friday in Glenswilly at 7.30pm.

The senior team get their season under way this Sunday in Peil na Gaeltacht, playing away to Naomh Conaill at 3pm.

FOUR MASTERS: There were two €50 winners in the Annual Lotto for Week 32. They were Michael Deveaney, Revlin and Derek McGinty, Clar, Carricknagun. The numbers drawn were 3, 13, 22 and 24.

Bord na Og would like to thank Paul Durcan for taking an excellent goalkeeping workshop with all underage keepers on Saturday. The U14 Boys continued their preparations for the incoming season with a challenge game away to Buncrana. The boys went down 5-8 to 3-9.

The Minor team played Red Hugh’s of Killygordan in a challenge game on Sunday. They won well on a shoreline of 2-10 to 1-5 with Caolan Loughney and Darren Doherty showing up well.

The Club would like to wish the very best of luck to AVS who will face St Mary’s College, Clady in the Ulster Bank McDevitt Cup semi-final on Friday at 11.20am in Owen Roe O’ Neills, Strabane.

Four Masters G.A.A. Club are now accepting Membership. Michael Martin will be in the Abbey Hotel on Monday 25th February from 9pm to 9.45pm.

GAEIL LEITIR CEANAINN: The club will be holding a foundation Course for parents and members wishing to assist with coaching for the coming season. The Course is scheduled for Friday and Saturday. Congratulations to U-12 hurlers who finished the league in style winning all but one of their matches on finals day. It was a great start to the season. Lotto results for week-ending February 17 - Numbers were 3, 5, 10, 14. Match four winner is Tommy Sweeney, Glencar Road.

GLEANN tSUILI: A big thanks to everyone involved in organising the hugely successful dinner dance this year, which had over 240 people in attendance. Congrats also to all the evenings winners. Lotto match 3 winner Danny McFadden, Breenagh. Winning numbers 8, 14, 17, 24. Next week’s sellers are Eddie Crawford and Barry Molloy. Sellers for March 2nd are Charlie McGrenra and Charlie Bonner. The scor county final will take place this Friday at 7pm in the clubhouse. Glenswilly will be represented in the nuchleas and recitation sections and all support would be greatly appreciated.

The senior reserves get their season underway with a Gaeltacht championship match on Sunday at 12 noon against Ardara. Meanwhile, the minors will play a friendly against Red Hughs in Killygordon on Sunday at 11pm.

GLEANN FHINNE: The Lotto jackpot this week was €2,800 and the numbers were:

3, 4, 8, 6, 2, 1, 5 and 7. Angela Ward, Welchtown matched the first four numbers and won €60. All club membership must be paid by the end of April, membership is €30.

MILFORD: The club, in conjunction with the Parents Association of Scoil Mhuire National School, Milford, held a Jigs & Reels competition as a fundraiser for the year on Friday past in the Silver Tassie.

Congratulations to all the club members who participated in the Senior Scór Semi Final in Burt on Saturday. The club competed in five different categories, with three out of five making it through to the county final, a truly great success rate which reflects all the hard work put in by Brendan Ward and his team. This was the clubs first serious foray into Scór Sínsir for many years and bodes well for the future. The Scor Sinsir county final takes place on Friday in Glenswilly.

This weeks lotto numbers were 14-18-20-22. No jackpot winner, three match three winners gets €25. The winners were: Ciaran Alcorn, Pat Curley, Milford, & AP Friel, Ballyare.

Membership for 2013 is now due and must be paid by 31st March. Membership to be paid to Richard Conneely, Eoin Byrne, John Coyle or Paddy Mc Bride. The Parish League will commence on Saturday at 10:30am and is confined to registered boys and girls from first to sixth class.

NA CEALLA BEAGA: Scor, Dermot S Boyle, Macdara Woods and Shane Murrin have made it through to the County final. On Friday March 15th in St Catherines School, for club and country fundraiser in aid of Clg Na Cealla Beaga and St Catherine’s Secondary School. The Killotto had no winner this week. The numbers were 9, 20, 26, 28.

NAOMH ADHAMHNÁIN: Last registration day this Saturday between 11am and 2pm in the Clubhouse. The Senior Hurlers had an impressive win against St Agnes of Belfast scoring 4-9 to 2-11. The hurlers now qualify for a place in the semi-final in Division 4 of the Táin league.

The Senior Ladies travel to Crossmaglen on Saturday to take part in the Crossmaglen Sevens Tournament. Comhghairdeas le Andy McGranaghan who won in his semi final outing in the recitation competition of Scór Sinsir in Burt on Saturday. Andy gave a tremendous performance and will take part in the county final in Gleann t-Súilí this Friday at 7.30pm.

Well done also to the quiz team who took part in Tráth na gCeisteanna but unfortunately for Cormac Goulding, Jamsie Connors and Francis Lennon, they came up against stiff opposition on the night.

Our solo singer and current county champion, Seán Feeney was unable to defend his title due to a throat infection.

This year’s Senior Board Dinner Dance will take place in the Mount Errigal Hotel on Friday, March 8th at 8pm. Tickets priced at €25. There were five winners that matched three numbers in this week’s Lotto draw and they win €20 each. 4, 16, 17 and 23 were the numbers drawn. NAOMH COLUMBA: Congratulations to Paddy Boyle, Damien Carr, Neilly Byrne and the Coláiste na Carraige U-16 team, who have reached this year’s schools Ulster Final. The senior team await Holy Trinity of Cookstown in their semi-final.

Ádh mór to Kevin Mc Nern, who is participating in CLG Ard a Rátha’s fight night this Saturday evening in the Blue Haven. Tickets are still available in Byrne’s shop in Cashel, priced at €15, but are selling very quickly so ye are advised to get them asap.

NAOMH MHUIRE: Registration night will be held on Thursday 28th of February in the club house. The fixtures for all club under-age games for 2013 have been announced and are available on the club website.

NAOMH ULTAN: Royal Flush Draw results were 11, 14, 15 and 17. There was no winner of the jackpot. Consolation prizes went to Patrick McGowan, St. John’s Point, Martin Cunningham, and Joanne Reynolds. Next week’s jackpot now stands at €780.

NA ROSSA: The club held a ‘up for the match’ fundraising event in McCready’s bar last Friday evening previewing this weekends capital one final in which senior footballer Carl McHugh will be playing for Bradford City against Swansea at Wembley. Good luck to Carl from all at the club.

The southern board held its annual launch at the weekend in the Abbey hotel and we had players and coaches representing the club at minor level. Anyone interested in joining the club 50 monthly draw should contact a committee member as soon as possible as the first draw is scheduled in March.

RED HUGHS: The winner of the Lotto lucky dip was Dolores Geary, Railway Avenue who wins €30. The winner of the 100+ Club draw was Pat Lafferty, Killygordon who wins €100.

Club membership is still due. The club will be holding a ‘Night at the Races’ on Saturday the 23rd February in Brownes Bar at 9.00pm. The club will be holding a special ‘Day of Culture’ at the pitch on Saturday 16th March from 2pm to 5.30pm.

SEAN MacCUMHAILL’S: There is an adult registration night this Thursday 21st from 8pm. Notice to all managers. The training pitch and County pitch are closed for all teams for another week at least.

There were no winners of the lotto this week. Numbers drawn were 7, 8, 10 and 26. There were two match three winners: K Mulhern and Sinead Foy receive €75 each.

ST MICHAEL’S: Would all those girls intending to participate for the club please forward your registration to club registrar Paddy Coll on or before March 1st.

Registrations for this years Parish League and Minor Board will take place in conjunction with the adult registration on the weekend of the 23rd and 24th February. Creeslough – Saturday from 8pm-9pm in the Day Centre.

Dunfanaghy – Sunday 24th February 6pm – 7pm in St Michaels Clubhouse.

However registrations must also be made with the Minor Board before the end of March as usual. Anyone with any ideas about the Parish League should contact Manus Friel on 0866470532.

This years Parish League is planned to begin on Sunday March 3rd, this date has to be confirmed and more details in next weeks notes.

ST NAULS: There was no winner of this week’s jackpot. Numbers were 3, 5, 6, 4, 2, 7 and 1. The consolation prize of €80 went to Shaun Mulreany, Inver.

Very well done to Ann Marie Sheerin and all involved in the team’s that represented the club in Scór at the weekend. It’s been a long time since St. Naul’s competed in these competitions. The Ballad group and the eight hand dancers got through to the county final which will be held in Glenswilly this Friday at 7.30pm.

Tickets are on sale for €15 each and available from any of the boxers, club officials, The Abbey Hotel, Sheerin’s Londis and Texaco.

The club monthly meetings will be held on Monday in the clubhouse. Minor Board will be at 8pm followed by Senior Board at 9pm.

The seniors are out in their first outing of 2013 this weekend in the Gaeltacht, where they will play Dungloe.

TIR CHONAILL GAELS: The club will hold its AGM on Sunday 3rd March 2013 in the clubhouse with a 3pm start.

This is a very important meeting for the club and all members are kindly asked to attend and throw their hat in the ring for the various positions.

Nomination sheets can be obtained from out going Secretary Stephen McLoughlin and who has requested any new people wishing to join the club to come along on the day.

TCG Youth invite you to come along and join us on St Patricks Day as we take part in this year’s London St Patricks Day Parade. All players, parents, club members etc are invited join us and walk in the parade. Children must be accompanied/supervised by an adult.
