Deaths in Dundalk - Sunday 3 June 2018

The Donegal Democrat has been informed of the following deaths:

- Sue Mc Cormack, Glencar, Letterkenny

- Patrick Doran, Manorcunningham

- Nora Browne, Finglas and Kilcar

- Michael Carr, Lisfannon and Castleknock, Dublin

Fiona Carr, Ballaghdery, Mountain Top, Letterkenny

The death has occurred of Fiona Carr, Ballaghdery, Mountain Top, Letterkenny.
Reposing at her family home from 5pm on Friday (July 13th). Requiem Mass will be held in St. Mary's Church, Fanavolty, Fanad at 2pm on Sunday (July 15th) followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard. House private from 11pm to 11am and on the morning of the funeral. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to The Donegal Hospice care of The Carr Family.

Sue Mc Cormack, Glencar, Letterkenny

The death has occurred of Sue Mc Cormack, Glencar, Letterkenny, peacefully at Donegal Hospice.

Removal from the hospice, today, Friday, July 13, at 4pm going to her home. Funeral Mass on Sunday in St Eunan’s Cathedral, Letterkenny at 10am. Burial afterwards in Conwal Cemetery. Family time from 10pm to 11am. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Donegal Hospice, c/o Sweeney Funeral Directors or any family member.

Patrick Doran, Veagh, Manorcunningham

The death has taken place at the Donegal Hospice of Patrick Doran, Veagh, Manorcunningham.

Removal from the Hospice took place on Thursday evening to his late residence.

Requiem Mass in All Saints Church, Newtowncunningham at 11am on Saturday, July 14th, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

Family Flowers only please.

Nora Browne, Finglas and Kilcar

The death has occurred of Nora Browne, 58 Clancy Road, Finglas, Dublin and formerly of Ballymoon, Kilcar.

Remains arriving at St Cartha's Church, Kilcar, Saturday at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 1pm. Interment afterwards in Kilcar cemetery.

Michael Carr, Lisfannon and Castleknock, Dublin


The sudden death has taken place in Portugal of Michael Carr, Lisfannon, Co Donegal and formerly Glinsk, Fanad, Co Donegal and Hadleigh, Castleknock, Dublin. Retired secondary school teacher Presentation School, Warrenmount and former member of St Oliver Plunkett GAA Club, Dublin.

Funeral Saturday morning July 14 to St Mura's Church, Fahan arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Wake is private, family only please and private on the morning of the funeral. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Cystic Fibrosis Ireland c/o any family member or Murphy Funeral Directors.
