Fire services called out three times within 12 hours in Gaoth Dobhair

The fire services were called to three separate blazes that broke out within the space of twelve hours in the Gaoth Dobhair region yesterday. 

Fire services were alerted to a fire which broke out in the Min an Iolair area at 1.30pm on Tuesday. The Gaoth Dobhair and Falcarragh fire service both attended the scene and the fire was extinguished at 3.10. 

The fire services received a second alert at 8.40pm. This alert related to the Seascain Beag area in Gaoth Dobhair. It took fire services less than an hour to get the fire under control. 

Meanwhile, a third fire broke out in Min an Iolair at 1.15am. The Dungloe and Gaoth Dobhair fire services had extinguished the fire by 2.45.
