It could get windy this evening across Donegal

It could be a very windy night across Donegal with Met Eireann predicting stormy conditions in a number of counties, including Donegal.

A status yellow wind warning is in place for Donegal until Sunday morning. Many parts of the county have been experiencing blustery conditions throughout today.

The warning is also in place for Kerry, Galway and Mayo. According to Met Eireann, southeast winds will occasionally reach mean speeds between 50 and 65km/h with gusts between 90 and 100km/h. Winds will be strongest in coastal areas. 

There's a status yellow rain warning in place for Connacht, Kilkenny, Clare, Kerry, Limerick and Tipperary
