On a day that Donegal kicked 0-20, the forwards get the top marks with Michael Murphy outstanding in a man of the match performance, closely followed by Ryan McHugh and Odhran Mac Niallais.

SHAUN PATTON: Made a couple of great blocks and had a much easier day with kick-outs as Roscommon didn't press. 7.5
PADDY MCGRATH: A strong performance from the Ardara man who also got forward to support the front men on numerous occasions. 7
STEPHEN MCMENAMIN: Establishing himself as one of the starting defenders, this was a good test and he came through it. Made one great block in the first half. 7
EOGHAN BAN GALLAGHER: Was going really well but unfortunately his day was cut short justa after the first quarter. Hopefully, he will recover quickly. 6
FRANK MCGLYNN: Another polished display from the Glenfin man, who is so vital to the Donegal style of play. Was taken off in second half when Donegal were in control. 7
PAUL BRENNAN: Played a more controlled game this time, only getting forward on a few occasions. 6.5
EAMONN DOHERTY: The St. Eunan's man retained his place and was given the marking duties on Enda Smith, which he did well. 6.5
HUGH MCFADDEN: Didn't play as big a part as in some of the games this year but was always tidy on the ball. 6.5
MICHAEL MURPHY: A colossus. Murphy looks fitter than at any time in his career and led by example in this game. 9
RYAN MCHUGH: Played a very big part in the game. While only getting one point, he was involved in many of the Donegal scores despite taking some heavy knocks. 8
LEO MCLOONE: Worked his socks off throughout and got some reward near the end getting a point. Back to near his best. 7.5
CIARAN THOMPSON: Probably the Naomh Conaill man's best game to date. He hit two points, but really worked hard and his probing passes opened up the Roscommon defence. 7.5
ODHRAN MAC NIALLAIS: Got a point in the first half but it was in the second half that he flourished, finishing three points and generally being available in the inside line to win ball. 8
MICHAEL LANGAN: Another who had his best game of the season. Langan in full flow is lovely to watch and he will be happy with the outing. 7.5
JAMIE BRENNAN: The Bundoran man could have had 1-6 but ended with just a point. Was fouled for a point as well. Was really direct and if he keeps working, it will work for him. 6.5
NEIL MCGEE: In for Eoghan Ban Gallagher, McGee had a stormer. Looked as if he was really ready for action and he is ready for Tyrone. 7.5
NIALL O'DONNELL: In for the last 20 minutes, O'Donnell showed some nice touches and the game will help him. 6
ANTHONY THOMPSON: In after 56 minutes, Thompson did some very good defensive work in the final quarter to keep Roscommon out. 6.5
DAIRE O BAOILL, MARK MCHUGH, MARTIN O'REILLY: Not on long enough to rate.
