Sunny spells today in Donegal after a frosty start
There's a 7am road alert about low road surface temperatures, but as the morning progresses it will warm up.
The experts says it will be a largely dry day with good sunny spells and just a few passing showers. Top temperatures of 8 to 10 degrees in mainly light north or northwest breezes, according to Met Éireann.
Tonight will be mostly dry overnight too apart from the slight risk of an isolated shower. Good clear spells will develop and minimum temperatures will range from -1 to +2 degrees allowing frost to form. Winds will be light, variable in direction.
Tomorrow, Sunday will be a bright day with long sunny spells and just a few showers. Cloud will thicken towards evening. Top temperatures will range from 8 to 10 degrees in moderate west or southwest breezes.??
