Termon ladies won one particular match off this pitch this week when they learned their Ulster Senior final against Donaghmoyne will take place in Trillick, Co Tyrone on Saturday (throw-in 2pm).
The Burn Road club penned a letter to the Ladies Gaelic Football Association in Ulster saying they felt having the replay at St Tiernach’s Park in Clones would be unfair.
Termon leaned on Tuesday the final will be more equidistant fromom both competing clubs.
There were mixed feelings for those who returned home from on Sunday night having run the All-Ireland champions to within a whisker.
Termon had produced an incredible second half to come back from six points - 0-9 to 1-0 down - to have earned a draw against the Monaghan kingpins.
Geraldine McLaughlin scored 3-1 of Termon’s 4-5 to Donaghmoyne’s 1-14.
The Donegal champions has been two points in front in the closing stages only for the two late concessions that were scored by Cathriona Mc Connell.
Termon, who are managed by Trevor Alcorn, qualified for the final by defeating Carrickcruppen of Armagh 2-10 to 2-9 in the semi-final and Lacken of Cavan 7-10 to 2-10 in the quarter-final.
