Double killer John Gallagher is due to appear in court today [Thursday] as part of an ongoing case alleging he made threats to kill.
He appeared in court in Strabane recently in connection with charges of alleged harassment and making threats to kill.
The 46-year-old with an address at Grangewood, Strabane, is scheduled to appear at Strabane Magistrate Court today to face two charges arising out of an incident on Monday, May 13th last.
The allegations are understood to be in relation to an altercation between him and his brother, Joseph Gallagher.
Gallagher was released on bail after his initial appearance and the case was fixed to continue today, May 23rd.
John Gallagher was found guilty but insane of murdering his ex-girlfriend, 18-year-old Anne Gillespie and her mother 51-year-old mother Annie, who were shot dead in Sligo in 1988.
