A 23-year-old man from West Donegal has been placed on the Sex Offenders Register after pleading guilty to a total of twelve charges of sexual assault on two young females between September 2001 and December 2003.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before Glenties District Court yesterday in relation to the charges. The court heard that the offences involved two young females and took place September 2001 and December 2003.
The court was also told that the man has been attending group therapy and “seems to be making good progress”.
Judge Paul Kelly adjourned the case to June 22 to allow victim impact statements to be prepared.
