The Donegal Democrat has been informed of the following deaths:

- Catherine ‘Kitty’ Thomson nee Shiels, Meenformal, Glen, Carrigart

- Liam Ryan, Loughanure

- Annie Quinn nee Duffy, Mill Road, Glenties

- Anthony Foy, formerly Ard Mc Carron, Ballybofey

- Gemma Grace Duffy, Augheygault, Drumkeen

- Connie McKelvey, Gweedore Road, Dungloe

- Kitty Lynch, Strand Road, Derrybeg

- Mary Mc Cauley, née Ferry of Glasgow and formerly of Sheskin Beag, Gweedore

- Anthony Foy of Birmingham and formerly 297 Ard Mc Carron, Ballybofey

Nellie Doherty, Urrismanagh, Urris Clonmany

The death has occurred of Nellie Doherty, Urrismanagh, Urris Clonmany.

Her remains are reposing at her daughter Bridget and son-in-law Martin Toland’s residence at Urrismanagh, Urris.

Funeral from there on Sunday 15th April at 9.30am going to St Michael’s Church Urris, for Requiem Mass at 10am.

Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to St. Colmcille Village, c/o any family member or Comiskey Funeral Directors.

House private please from 11pm until 10am.

Catherine ‘Kitty’ Thomson nee Shiels, Meenformal, Glen, Carrigart

The death has taken at Glen Helen Bank Care Home, Luncarty, Perth, Scotland of Catherine ‘Kitty’ Thomson nee Shiels, Meenformal, Glen, Carrigart.

Her remains are reposing at McEwen’s Funeral Home, Perth.

Removal from there on Monday at 5.30pm going to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Perth.

Requiem Mass on Tuesday morning at 11am

Burial afterwards in Wellshill Cemetery.

Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Glen Helen Bank Nursing Home.

Liam Ryan, Loughanure

The tragic death has death place in Tipperary of Liam Ryan, Loughanure.

His remains will be arriving at his parents home in Loughanure at approx 8.30pm this Saturday evening.

Rosary both nights at 9pm.

House private after the rosary and on the morning of the funeral.

Removal from the family home at 10.30am on Monday morning going to the Star of the Sea Church, Annagry for funeral mass at 11a.m. with interment afterwards in the new cemetery.

 

Annie Quinn nee Duffy, Mill Road, Glenties

The death has occurred in the Harbour Lights Nursing Home, Killybegs of Annie Quinn nee Duffy, Mill Road, Glenties.

Her remains will repose in McGlynns Funeral home tomorrow Sunday at 5pm with Rosary at 9pm and viewing on Monday from 4pm with removal at 6.15pm going to St Conal’s Church Glenties to arrive 7pm to repose overnight

Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11am.

Burial afterwards in the local Cemetery.

Gemma Grace Duffy, Augheygault, Drumkeen

The death has occurred of Gemma Grace Duffy, Augheygault, Drumkeen.
Formerly of Wayne, Pennslyvania.

Funeral Mass today, Saturday, 14th April, at 11am at St. Patrick's Church, Drumkeen with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

 

Connie McKelvey, Gweedore Road, Dungloe

The death has occurred in Dublin of Connie McKelvey, Gweedore Road, Dungloe.

Remains reposing at his late residence. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am in St Crona’s Church, Dungloe with interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Family time please from 11pm to 11am. Also private the morning of the funeral.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to the Irish Cancer Society c/o any family member or Shaun McGlynn Funeral Director, Dungloe.

Anthony Foy, formerly Ard Mc Carron, Ballybofey

The death has occurred in Birmingham, England of Anthony Foy, formerly 297 Ard Mc Carron, Ballybofey. 

A Memorial Mass will take place on Saturday, April 14th, at 11 am, in St. Mary's Church, Sessiaghoneill with burial of ashes afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard.

 

Kitty Lynch, Strand Road, Derrybeg

The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Kitty Lynch, Strand Road, Derrybeg.

Remains reposing at her late residence for waking.

Funeral Mass on Saturday afternoon, 14th April in St Mary’s Chapel, Derrybeg at 1pm.

Burial afterwards in Magheragallon Cemetery.

Mary Mc Cauley, née Ferry of Glasgow and formerly of Sheskin Beag, Gweedore

The death has taken place in Glasgow of Mary Mc Cauley (Ferry), formerly of Sheskin Beag, Gweedore.

Funeral mass on Saturday morning, 14th April at 11am in St. Mary’s Chapel Derrybeg, with burial afterwards in Drumoghill Cemetery, Manorcunningham.
