A large crowd turned out on Thursday night as children, parents, coaches, committee members and supporters celebrated the successes of 2012.

Sam Maguire was also on hand as the town gathered for the Presentation Night with Player of the Year awards and medals won throughout the year were presented.

Chairman James Keenan reminded those present of the year just past which seen Minor League honours, County Finals for the U-14 boys and girls and the all conquering U-12 Community Games girls team who won county and Ulster titles.

Parents were introduced to the clubs ‘Bord na nOg Development Strategy 2012-2016,’ which set out the blueprint for progress in all areas of the youth club.

All parents and players are encouraged to read this and copies are available from Bord na nog secretary Lee Gallagher.

2013 will also see an U-6 team introduced for the first time and all parents with kids between four to six years are asked to bring them along and get involved themselves by contacting James on 086-0683963.

Anyone wishing to renew their membership for 2012 is asked to contact Siobhan Govorov on 086-6046415.

Bundoran Bord na nOg would like to thank anyone who helped out in any way in 2012 and ask for the community’s continued support in making 2013 their most enjoyable yet.
