Letterkenny Gaels DRA hearing in New Year
Letterkenny Gaels long running appeal to the GAA’s Disputes Resolution Authority into the boundary dispute with St. Eunan’s is set to be finally heard early in the New Year, the Democrat has learned.
The hearing, which was due to be heard on Monday night last, almost a year to the day the club lodged their appeal, but it was cancelled late last week to give one of the defending parties, the Ulster Council, more time to prepare for their case for the hearing.
The Democrat has also learned that the Ulster Council have been given to this Friday to prepare their case and it is expected that the case will be heard very early in the New Year.
