Bonagee United teenager Sean Hume is to sign for Scottish Premier League side Aberdeen this weekend.

The 16-year-old Letterkenny lad, who has impressed at local level, travelled to Aberdeen yesterday where he will sign for the SPL side.

Hume will join for two years. Over the last few years he has impressed for Bonagee, St. Eunan’s college and Irish sides as a central defender.

He was a member of St Eunan’s College u17 team that won the All-Ireland in May.

He was also a member of Anthony Gorman’s Donegal U-16 team and has also represented the Republic of Ireland.
