‘Gooch’ visits Letterkenny

Errigal College and St. Eunan’s College in Letterkenny had a very special guest this week with the visit of Kerry star footballer Colm ‘Gooch’ Cooper.

The holder of seven All-Stars, the Gooch, as he is affectionately know as in the GAA world, was in Donegal on Thursday, to make a presentation to the students at Errigal College.

For the second year in-a-row Errigal College were the runners-up in the A.I.B. sponsored ‘Build a Bank’ competition. The Kerry star is an employee of A.I.B. and also took a coaching session at the college.

On Thursday afternoon he visited St. Eunan’s College, where he also held a coaching session.
