The Late Paddy Cannon: Sincere sympathy is extended to Cissie Mc Hugh, Dirlaught and John Cannon Doochary on the death of their brother Paddy Cannon who died in Michigan U.S.A. Sympathy also to brother-in-law Con McHugh and sister-in-law Brid Cannon, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

St. Bridget’s Cross-making: There will be cross-making tonight in Elliott’s Lounge starting at 8.30pm. Everyone welcome.

Birthday wishes: A very happy 90th birthday to Bridie Melly, Renny. Bridie enjoyed a wonderful party with family neighbours and friends in The Gweebarra Bar last Saturday evening.

Church of Ireland Dance: Church of Ireland Lettermacaward are having a fundraising dance in Elliott’s Lounge on Saturday, Feb. 9th starting at 9 pm. Come along for a night of good music and craic with family neighbours and friends.

Stay Fit and have Fun: In February twice a month we are to start sport activities in the Leitir Hall. On Wednesday, Feb. 6th at 1.45pm in Leitir Hall Gentle Zumba – for one hour at a reduced speed with a party atmosphere and fun to learn basic steps. Costs 5 euro per person.Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear.

On Wednesday 20th February at 1pm in Leitir Hall Different games – for two hours, Kurling, Parachute Games, Darts and Board Games. Followed by tea and home made scones. Saint Vincent De Paul Shop: Come along and pick up a bargain at the last few days of the half price sale. We are also looking for boys and girls communion outfits. If you would like to donate an outfit drop them into the shop.

Pro Life Collection: A total of 210 euro was raised at the recent church gate collection for Pro Life.
