Parents Associations’ annual ‘Come Dine With Me’ on Friday February 8 th at 8pm. Following on the tremendous success of last year booking early is advisable and can be done by contacting any of the Association members or indeed directly to the college on 0719841244. Gaelic: The U14 Boys had a great win (4-10) this week against Scoil Mhuire,

Buncrana (1-8) which sees them now through to the County Final where they will

meet St. Catherine’s, Killybegs. Congratulations to the boys and their Coach, Mr Warren.

Honours Maths: Eight students represented the college at the annual Maths

Teachers Association Quiz held in the Radisson, Letterkenny. Representing Magh

Éne College were Szymon Urbas, Niamh Sheerin, Aoife Mc Eniff, Eoin Dillon, Paul Russell, Tom Smyth, Kevin Sweeney and Rebecca O’ Reilly. The Bundoran students were in the lead at various stages throughout the quiz ahead of thirty two other teams only to narrowly miss out by one point at the end but well done to all involved and their Maths teacher Mr Sweeney.

Science Visit: Dr John Daly, Fellowship of Royal Chemistry, UCD will be spending a day with First & Second year students on February 18th. Dr Daly will give a practical demonstration and lecture on ‘Molecules Really Matter’ to the students.
