Musical treat for all the family.
The Wizard of Oz takes to the stage of St. Catherine’s Vocational School, Killybegs this Wednesday to Friday, April 20-22.
A fantastically talented bunch of students from the school have dedicated so much time and endless energy into producing what promises to be a spectacular trip down the “yellow brick road”.
The iconic role of Dorothy is played with great style by Dearbhla Diver. She is joined by the endlessly energetic Scarecrow played by Orla Mc Guinness, the sentimental Tin Man played by Jack Kane and poor old Cowardly Lion played by Barry Breslin. The ever graceful Glinda is played by Sorcha Mc Gowan with her arch nemesis, the Wicked Witch played by Síobhra Pringle. We have a surprise in store for the Wizard of Oz himself, a face you might recognise, but you’ll have to come along to the show to see!
Doors open at 7pm nightly and the show starts at 7.30 pm.
Come along to see the Wonderful Wizard of Oz, a toe tapping extravaganza!
