ON Tuesday March 9 the ladies played the Nellie Garrett foursomes.
ON Tuesday March 9 the ladies played the Nellie Garrett foursomes.
The prizes were presented once again by Georgie Duke who has sponsored this competition for a number of years.
The winners, who now progress to the finals day in Knock in September, were Lee Broderick and Rita Downey with a fantastic 41 points.
Last Tuesday was an 18 hole stroke competition with prizes provided by Mary Longmore, Yvonne Galloway and Marie Mills.
The three lucky winners were: Section A - Helen Cocks; Section B - Mary Dooher; Section C: Jane Doyle
The pink ladies was won by Pat McCartan, with runner up Maretta Donaghy beating Rosemary Cocks on count back
