Ardara, Gaoth Dobhair, St Eunan’s and Naomh Conaill are bidding for places in the Senior B Championship final this weekend.

Ardara and Gaoth Dobhair go head to head in O’Donnell Park. (throw-in 1 pm)

This semi-final is the curtain raiser to the senior semi-final meeting of Glenswilly and Malin.

The meeting of St Eunan’s and Naomh Conaill is in MacCumhaill Park and forms part of a double bill with the clash of Naomh Conaill and Kilcar, in the second of the senior championship semi-finals. This game throws in at 4.30 pm.

Gaoth Dobhair topped their group with three straight wins and they put Dungloe to the sword in last weekend’s quarter-final, also in O’Donnell Park.

Eamon Collum scored 1-5 in their 2-15 to 2-6 win over the men from the Rosses; a result that will not have gone without being noted in Ardara.

Ardara qualified in second place from their group behind Dungloe; a group that also included last year’s winners Glenswilly.

Former county ace Brendan Boyle scored five points and Stephen Gildea came off the bench to hit 1-1 in Ardara’s 1-22 to 2-6 win over MacCumhaill’s in their quarter-final, in O’Donnell Park on Saturday.

Verdict: Gaoth Dobhair

Naomh Conaill and St Eunan’s also chalked up big numbers in their quarter-final wins over Kilcar and Glenfin, respectively.

Paul McGuinness hit six points and Logan Quinn and Mark Gallagher scored the goals for Naomh Conaill in their 2-14 to 1-14 win over Kilcar.

Conor Moore and Brendan Maguire, two each, and Michael Miller were the St Eunan’s goalscorers in their 5-11 to 0-9 quarter final win over Glenfin.

Verdict: Naomh Conaill
