Gardaí make special presentation to Termon GAA club

Garda Superintendent David Kelly, on behalf of the Garda Air Support Unit, made a presentation of two framed aerial photographs of the CLCG An Tearmainn grounds, in appreciation for the use of the GAA grounds at the Burn Road during a recent visit of a VIP to Glenveagh National Park.

The GAA grounds were used as the Garda Helicopter logistic base.

In making the presentation to CLCG An Tearmain, Superintendent Kelly outlined the Garda connection with the Termon club which has four Garda- playing members in Gardaí Joesph English, Kevin McGettigan, Austin Marron and Adrian Mc Gettigan along with late Garda Robbie Mc Callion who was also associated with the Termon club.
