Danny O’Donnell is a busy man. The former Naomh Muire manager and current Milford senior manager guided St Eunan’s to Friday night’s win over fancied Termon.
“I’m thrilled for the boys. Termon are a very good side and our boys have come out on the wrong side of the results any time they have met over the last three years,” said O’Donnell.
“But they were determined coming here this evening that they were going to give it their best shot and they did just that.
“We got off to a good start and that was important against a quality team like Termon. Goals are big scores in any game and we got three of time tonight and they were all important scores.
“The first from Tony (Gallagher) really settled us and gave us the platform to go on and build on it.
“We were five up at half-time but we knew we were going to have work just as hard in the second half and fair play to the boys they did just that.
“The goals from Lorcan (O’Donnell) and Caolan (Collier) were big scores in the second half and we needed them.”
