There was another big-name departure on Day 2 of the Joule Donegal International Rally with Donagh Kelly forced out after suffering a puncture on Stage 11 at Carnhill.
Kelly and Conor Foley had been lying second for much of the weekend in their Focus WRC.
However, their rally came to an end on Saturday afternoon and after Stage 12, which was the first time around Gartan, Declan and Brian Boyle's lead is out to 1 minute 52 seconds.
In second place is the Subaru S14 of Seamus Leonard and John McCafferty with Keith Cronin and Mikie Galvin third in their Citroen DS3 R5 a further 11.1 seconds back.
Manus Kelly and Donal Barrett in a Subaru S12 were quickest on Special Stage 12 and after their problems earlier in th e day, have moved back up to sixth overall.
In the National category, the leaders after Special Stage 12 are Frank Kelly and Michael Coady in a Ford Escort Mk2.
They lead by 6.4 seconds from David Bogie and Enda Sherry.
Damien Tourish and Domhnall McAleney have dropped back to third after a slow time on Stage 11.
Damien Gallagher and Mac Walsh are fourth.
