Finn Valley AC athlete Arlene Crossan was in the number one position on the podium at an athletics meeting in Belgium on Saturday.
The Letterkenny teenager won the 400m hurdles in a time of 60.5 seconds, a new PB time.
This was a fantastic time for Crossan, who is better known as a long jumper and has only recently taken up hurdling.
Meanwhile, her Finn Valley AC colleague Janine Boyle was also in top class form at the meeting in Oordegem. She was a member of the 4 x 100m Irish team that reached the qualifying time for the World Junior Championships.
The Irish team clocked a time of 46.5 seconds for the 4 x 100.
