The Donegal Democrat this week spoke with Donegal hurler, Jamesie Donnelly, who suffered horrific injuries following a chainsaw accident before Christmas.
The 32-year-old said life has taken on a whole new meaning since the accident. He spent three weeks in hospital and underwent three operations, receiving over 100 stitches.
Amazingly he returned to county colours against Wicklow two weeks ago. He is expected to start on Saturday as Donegal and Wicklow meet again, this time in a Division 2B relegation play-off.
