Both our senior and reserves team lost in their travels to Cloughaneely on Easter Monday. The reserves lost by a single point (1.10 to 2.06) while the seniors were also narrowly beaten by 2 points on a score of 110 to 1.08.
Our minors defeated Red Hughs on Sunday in Mac Cumhaill Park. Their next and final game of the league campaign is away to St. Eunans B on Friday. Time to be confirmed.
The senior hurlers had their first game of the season in the Ulster Tain Division away to Naomh Colum Cille of Coalisland in Tyrone but lost out with a last minute goal. Final score: Seán Mac Cumhaills - 1.10 to Naomh Colum Cille - 1.11. Next game is a home game to Ballyshannon on Sunday.

The U14 boys had their first league outing of the season and got off to a good start with a good team display and a victory over Naomh Colmcille. They continue their campaign on Friday with an away game against Letterkenny Gaels.

The seniors and the receivers had mixed luck in their league game on Easter Monday at home. The seniors went down to Naomh Conaill while
the reserves came away with a win.

The Reserves were at home to Ardara on Easter Monday last and recorded a good victory following a very good team performance. The final score was St. Michael’s 0-11 Ardara 0-3. The St. Michael’s scorers were: Raymond McLaughlin 0-6, Oran McFadden 0-3, and Stephen Coyle, Ruairi Friel, Chris McElhinney and John McFadden 0-1 each.

Training continues for the senior ladies of Bundoran and Ballyshannon with their first match scheduled for the 10th April away to Ardara.
Seniors and Reserves: Best of luck to Barry Keaney who has been appointed Joint Senior team manager along with Willie Gormley for the season ahead. The Seniors travelled to Letterkenny on Monday last but came home empty handed. The Reserve fixture did not take place. Also can we wish James Keaney a speedy recovery from his collarbone injury which he sustained during Monday's game.

Cloughaneely played MacCumhaills at home on Easter Monday with both teams recording wins.
The seniors came from four points down at the break to record a 1-10 to 1-8 victory, while the reserves led all the way but had to withstand a late rally to win by 1-10 to 2-6.

Our U15 boys had a great victory over Glenswilly in the Gaeltacht last Tuesday the 22nd of March. They win on a score line of 1.09 to 2.05.
U14 boys got their year off on Monday evening against Red Hughs. Glenfin tried very hard but Red Hughs were just that bit stronger with Glenfin losing out in the end.
Unfortunately our minor Boys lost out to Convoy on Sunday 27th at home.
Ladies: Minor Training Wednesday 8pm to 9pm. Our senior ladies have received a bye in the Gaeltacht competition against Milford. This puts them through to the county finals on the May bank holiday weekend in Glenties.
Handball: Handball training for all National schools will take a break now until Monday the 4th of April.

Aodh Ruadh opened their league season with a 3-14 to 1-11 win against Fanad Gaels in Portsalon. David McGurrin was instrumental, bagging 2-2 while Philip Patton hit 1-2 and David Dolan registered 0-2 as the full forward lined chalked up 3-6 between them.
The reserves didn't fare quite so well losing out 0-6 to 0-5.
The next fixtures for the adult footballers is set to be the visit of Letterkenny Gaels on Saturday, 9th April.
The minors travelled to Glencolumbcille on Sunday and came away with a 5-9 to 7-19 win over Naomh Columba.
Some 29 members of the under 12 squad accompanied by parents and family members had a great day out on in Croke Park on Easter Saturday. They played games against Cavan Gaels and Erin’s Isle and visited the Croke Park Museum before getting to see the Donegal team after the game.
Hurling: The senior opened their Ulster Táin League campaign against St Eunan's in Father Tierney Park on Bank Holiday Easter Monday. Unfortunately, despite a battling Aodh Ruadh display, the spoils went the way of the visitors on a scoreline of 1-10 to 2-14.
The U-14s fresh were worthy winners at home to Dungloe / Gaoth Dobhair by 7-11 to to 5-1.
The minors had a good 4-14 to 1-6 win away to Setanta. They are at home to Carndonagh today Thursday.
In other hurling news, Father Tierney Park hosted the NHL Division 3A final with Roscommon running out 4-15 to 0-7 victors over Monaghan in an entertaining game.

The Senior footballers beat Bundoran on Monday in a tough encounter with a big second half performance paving the way. The Reserves had a walk-over after Bundoran didn’t field.
The Senior hurlers had a good win over Aodh Ruadh on Monday in the Táin league Div. 2B and they host Sean Treacy’s this Sunday in the Park. Throw-in at 4pm.
The Senior Ladies will begin their 13-a-side league campaign shortly with their first home game against Milford on Sunday, April 10th.
The Minor Boys Div. 1 football team had no game on Sunday v Glenswilly, it will be refixed for this week, keep an eye on social media for confirmation. The Minor Dev. Team travelled to Red Hugh’s on Monday and were beaten by a point in a very close game. They host MacCumhaills on Friday evening, throw-in at 6:30pm.
The Minor hurlers went down by a point to MacCumhaills in their opening league game and they travel to Letterkenny Gaels this Thursday. The U14 hurlers had no game last week and they take on Burt this Thursday.
The U14 football leagues are up and running and the Div. 1 (U14) team had a big win over Downings on Friday, they travel to Milford this Friday and then they host St. Michael’s on the Monday (April 4th). The Dev. Team (U13) lost to Buncrana on Friday and were beaten by Termon on Monday. Their next game is on Monday (April 4th) away to Gaels.
The Friday Evening Hurling & Camogie Academy begins outdoors this Friday, April 1st at 6:30pm. Any new players are welcome to come along and try the games.
The Senior Board Presentation for 2015 takes place on Saturday week, April 9th in the Clubhouse from 8pm. Our U21 hurlers and Junior footballers have medals to collect and Pat Connaghan will become the latest member of our heralded Hall of Fame.

On Monday the Reserves lost out by just 3 points, 1-10 to 0-10 to Gaoth Dobhair, and the seniors lost out by the minimum on a final scoreline of 0-7 to -0-8 and were very unlucky not to share the points from their opening game of the league. With Donegal away to Monaghan this weekend, the seniors have no game while the Reserve team are scheduled to travel to Naomh Conaill to play their reserve fixture from two weeks ago at 6pm at Davy Brennan Park, Glenties on Saturday.

The u12 boys season is now up and running, their league starts on May 4th They will play their first match, a friendly, this Friday night down in Naomh Muire.
The U14s boys recorded a comfortable victory on Monday last over St Eunans B in O’Donnell Park. Next up it’s a trip to Glenswilly next Monday 6.30pm.
The Minor boys lost out to Fanad Gaels last Wednesday in an entertaining game at The Burn Road. Next up for our young team is a trip to Milford this Sunday morning.
