Ollie Horgan was busy in the transfer market and made several signings over the close season.
The arrival of Barry Molloy this week brings to ten the number of new faces at Finn Park for the new campaign.
Here's a look at Harps' new arrivals.
Goalkeeper, Age 35
Signed from Sligo Rovers where he made115 appearances between 2006 and 20010. The Birmingham born keeper also spent a couple of seasons with Shamrock Rovers. Will act as No.2 to Ciaran Gallagher.
Defender, Age 20
The Letterkenny man was a free agent following his release by Manchester United last year. One of Ollie Horgan's first signings in pre-season and has featured prominently in the side in their run of friendlies lately. A good addition who can play at full back and in the centre of defence.
Midfield - Age 23
Hanlon's arrival is seen as a quality acquisition to the Harps squad. An experienced player who counts Bray and Shelbourne among his former clubs.
Striker - Age 23
There's no doubting his ability, but Rafter has been troubled by injury for a number of seasons. If he gets fit, the former Derry and Cork striker could be a key player for Harps.
Striker - Age 22
Could prove another good signing for Harps. Has plenty of first team experience from his time with Derry City and has impressed since joining the Ballybofey club. He's a son of former Harps defender, Paul Curran.
Winger - Age 19
Signed from Sligo Rovers where he made a handful of first team appearances over the last two seasons. One of the stand-out players for Sligo's U-19 side last season, he's another good signing for Horgan.
Striker - Age 31
Played for a time in England with Carlisle Utd. and his League of Ireland clubs include Kildare, Monaghan, Bohs and Bray. Has scored goals whereever he's been and Harps fans will be hoping for more of the same from the Dubliner.
Midfield - Age 26
Ollie Horgan's knows Houston well and first managed him at Fanad Utd. in the Ulster Senior League. Since then, the Letterkenny man has played with Harps, UCD, Bray and Derry City. If he stays injury free, he can prove an important signing.
Midfield - Age 19
Boyle played with Waterford Utd. last season and knows Horgan from his time playing with the Irish schools team. Prefers midfield but can play in defence.
Midfield - Age 32
Molloy only announced his retirement from the game in January. So, his decision to sign for Harps will have come as a surprise to many, none more so than fans of Derry City.
Their former captain is reported to have turned down a new contract with City prior to announcing his retirement. But Ollie Horgan took a chance and talked Molloy into giving it one more season. His quality and more importantly, experience, will be vital for Harps in the season ahead.
