Donegal face Fermanagh in U-21 Hurling Shield
Nicky Rackard Cup winners Ronan and Christy McDermott and Justin Browne will back bone the Donegal U-21 side that face Fermanagh in Wednesday night’s Ulster U-21 Shield semi-final in Lisbellaw. (Throw-in 7.30 pm).

In all, Nicky Rackard Cup winning manager Ray Durack, who is also manager of the U-21s, has eight of his senior panel available for the meeting with the Erne County.

Ronan and Christy McDermott, both were in the starting 15 in last Saturday’s final victory over Roscommon, while Justin Browne was introduced in the second half.

As well as the aforementioned, Colm Flood, Conor McVeigh, Kevin Meehan, Brendan Tourish and Padraig Doherty are all U-21 and available for the joust with Fermanagh.

The winners of tomorrow night’s game will play the winners from Monaghan and Tyrone in the Ulster U-21 Shield final.

Tyrone and Monaghan meet in Healy Park, while the final has been fixed for the following Wednesday night, June 19th.
