The Glenties men will be scratching their heads for weeks how they allowed a game they had in a vice-like grip slip at the end. The winning goal came with seconds gone in added time, Shane Carr getting on the end of a long delivery. His palmed effort across the goal was stopped on the line, but the ball bobbled in and out before young Kevin Breslin emerged celebrating what was the winning score.

Naomh Conaill completely dominated this game until that. They led by 1-8 to 0-6 at half-time and were full value for that lead.

Leon Thompson and Dara Gallagher were very sharp and Leon, Brendan McDyer (free) and Ciaran Brennan had three points on the board before AJ Gallagher first times home a goal on eight minutes.

Four Masters hit back with three points from Conor McMonagle, Shane Carr and Ryan Earley but Dara Gallagher, Leon Thompson and John O’Malley put Naomh Conaill six ahead again.
