Peter Conlon inducted into Aodh Ruadh Hall of Fame
Monaghan native Peter Conlon was inducted into the Aodh Ruadh Hall of Fame at their annual presentation night in Dorrian’s Imperial Hotel on Saturday night.
The popular retired Sergeant has been one of the most loyal members since arriving in the town and was fully deserving of the award.
Among the other award winners was Sean O’Mahony who was named Club Person of the Year while the Reserve and minor teams were presened with their county championship and league medals.

Young Hurler of the year (joint): Jamie Brennan and Colm Kelly
Ladies Player of the year: Tara Khan
Reserve Player of the year: Damien Cleary
Senior Player of the Year: Anthony Boyle
Club Person of the Year: Sean O’Mahony.
