RAMELTON native Conrad Logan has signed a one-year contract extension at Championship side Leicester City.
The 26-year-old, who is the longest serving player in the Leicester squad, has put pen to paper on a deal until June 2013 at the club managed by Nigel Pearson. After joining the Foxes in 2001, Logan graduated from the academy in 2004 and has made 29 first team appearances. He will be back-up to Kasper Schmeichel.
Despite his term at the Walker’s Stadium, Logan has played a lot of football away from the club on loan.
In the 2005/06 season Logan lined out for Boston United during two separate loan spells and was also at Stockport County, where he won the League Two play-off final at Wembley Stadium in 2008, as well as Rotherham United and Bristol Rovers.
