AODH RUADH: The CPR and defibrillator course will take place in Aras Aoidh Ruaidh on Wednesday 25th July from 6.30pm-9.30pm.

As we have a AED on site it is important that as many people as possible know how to use this in case it is needed. It could literally be a matter of life and death.
As there has been a low uptake by members so far, the date for members to book a place is extended to Thursday, 12th July after which the course will be available to everyone on a first come first served basis. Club members are encouraged to attend this course. To book a place please contact Tracey on 086-1764998, booking is confirmed on receipt of €10.
