Twelve months ago over 3,000 took to the streets of Letterkenny and that total looks like it will be beaten come Sunday evening. The three main charities benefiting from this year’s North West 10k are the Buddy Bear Appeal, MS Ireland Donegal and the Donegal Down Syndrome Association.

The event will roll out of Letterkenny Community Centre on Sunday at 2pm and all walkers and runners are encouraged to pre-register at Letterkenny Community Centre this evening and tomorrow from 6pm until 7.30pm and on Saturday from 4pm till 7pm.
