Letterkenny native Cillian Morrison continued his hot streak with his fifth goal in two games on Friday night.

The UCD striker scored with 10 minutes to go to put his team 2-1 up against Monaghan United at Belfield in a 3-2 win for the Students. The 20-year-old scored four on his first start to the season - the 6-1 win at Waterford United on Monday night in the EA Sports League Cup.

Mark Anthony McGinley from Ards kept goal in both matches and the duo will be closer to home on Good Friday when UCD travel to the Brandywell to take on Derry City - the club that Morrison played underage football for before undertaking his studies.
