Meanwhile, Seamus Coleman started for the Everton first team for the first time in 10 weeks in Saturday’s 1-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur, following a thigh strain.

Lifford native Shay Given was in goal for Aston Villa’s 1-0 win over Fulham.
