Letterkenny AC’s Ciaran Doherty, smashed the course record with an impressive 14mins 55secs winning time at the Ballyshannon 5k on Friday evening. Equally dominant was ‘better half’ Teresa McGloin in the women’s section - 16mins 50 secs.

The PJ Branley Cups for winning male/female were presented by the late PJ’s grand daughters Aoife and Lana while Tir Chonaill Chairman, David Doherty, made presentations.
