Community Games Art finals this weekend
The County Finals in the Art, Handwriting and Modelmaking will take place this Sun.18th May at 1.30pm in the Hollyrood Hotel Bundoran. All area gold medal winners will take part and competitors are reminded to bring their own materials and also a copy of their birth cert. The winners will go foward to the All-Ireland Finals in Athlone on August15-17th.

The Indoor Soccer Teams that have qualified for the Ulster Finals in Cavan on June 21st should foward a copy of their birth cert to the Co. Sec. The Swimming Finals will be held in the Aura Centre,Letterkenny on Sat.24th May at 6pm, areas should foward their competitors names to the co-ordinator Viona O’Donnell, (email vionaodonnell@eircom.net).

Letterkenny will host the Gymnastics Finals in the Community Centre on June 15th, area finals at 10am and the County finals at 2pm. Co-ordinator for this event is Jessie Purtell. Two new areas have affiliated this year, they are Glenswilly and Culdaff/Gleneely which brings the total number of areas to 15. For information on the games contact the Sec. at 0749153723.

Letterkenny: The area Athletic Finals were held at the Aura Centre on Thurs. There was a good turnout of competitors with the evening starting of with the tiny tots race. All medal winners will go foward to the Co. Finals in Milford on June 29th. A special word of thanks to all who helped out and also to the Athletic Club for the use of the venue. Good luck to the Art competitors at the Co. Final this weekend.

The u10 Boys Indoor Soccer team won the Co. Final and we wish them the best of luck at the Ulster Finals in Cavan. For information on the events contact the area Sec.at 0876282515.
