All roads lead to Enniskillen Rugby Club this Saturday evening where Ballyshannon Rugby Club Ladies take on Cavan Ladies in the cup final.
The match will be under floodlights with a 7.30pm kick off and as much local support for the girls would be greatly appreciated.
Ballyshannon will go into Saturday’s final with an air of confidence after hitting a rich vein of form especially since the start of the new year. Ballyshannon have taken the scalps of Omagh and City of Derry en route to the final.
The introduction of new talented younger players along with the experience already instilled in the team under the guidance of team captain Michelle Bowering has formed a team now very comfortable with ball in hand and having beat Cavan already in the league earlier in the season the Ballyshannon Ladies have every right to feel confident ahead of Saturday’s clash.
Training has gone extremely well in the last few weeks and Ballyshannon have only one injury concern and that is to club veteran and legend Katrina Dolan who has ligament damage to her ankle but no stone will be left unturned in ensuring Dolan will be available for selection and take up her usual spot at hooker.
So the club would like to wish the girls all the very best on Saturday and hopefully will return victorious to Ballyshannon on Saturday evening.
