There was a great turnout of past presidents, captains and lady captains, who were presented with a token of acknowledgement for their contributions to the club in their respective years. On the night 2012 Captain Michael Duddy presented Johndy Boyle and Sheila Doherty with their Golfer of the Year prizes.

Current president Dr Peter Sweeney gave encouraging words for the future while Gerard Mc Elwee spoke on behalf of the trustees of the club. Lady Captain of 2012 Noreen Mc Garvey shared some memories of the club over the 25 years and Captain Michael brought the speeches to a close on a most enjoyable evening.

There were some splendid photos and video footage on the night, compliments of the President, Amy Mc Garvey and Hugh Gillespie, encapsulated many great times at the club. The David Oliver Band provided the entertainment for the evening.
