Donegal Death Notices, Saturday 22nd October 2016

The following deaths have occurred in Donegal.

Shaun McGeehan, Manorcunningham

The death has occurred of Shaun McGeehan, late of Corkey, Manorcunningham.

The removal is today, Saturday, 22nd Oct, at 10.30am for 11am Requiem Mass in St Columba’s Church, Drumoghill. 

Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Oncology Unit, Letterkenny University Hospital. House strictly private.

 

Ita McGroary, Laghey/Donegal Town

The death has occurred at Donegal Community Hospital of of Ita McGroary (103) late of  Ardeskin, Donegal Town and Trummon Laghey.

Removal from her residence today Saturday at 5.40pm to St. Patrick’s Church, Donegal Town for 6pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 11.30am followed by burial in St. Bridget's Cemetery, Ballintra. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to Donegal Community Hospital. House private for family and friends only.

 

Billy Alexander, Letterkenny

The death has occurred at the Donegal Hospice of Billy Alexander, late of Killyclug, Letterkenny.

Remains are reposing at his late residence and funeral service in Trinity Presbyterian Church, Letterkenny, at 2pm today followed by burial in Gortlee cemetery.

Family time please from 11pm till 11am.

Family flowers only, donations to the Donegal Hospice.

 

Anna Begley, Fanad

The death has occurred at her home of Anna Begley, late of Ballyhiernan, Fanavolty, Fanad.

Requiem Mass will take place today October 22nd, in St Mary's Church, Fanavolty with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

House private, family and friends welcome.

House strictly private on the morning of the funeral.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to The Irish Heart Foundation.

The death has occurred at the Donegal Hospice of Billy Alexander, late of Killyclug, Letterkenny.
