Missing Galway woman found
The PSNI have reported that a Galway woman, thought to have gone missing in Donegal, has been found safe and well.
Both the PSNI and the Gardaí issued alerts last night after 54-year-old Bernie Garvan, from Milltown Road, Tuam was reported missing from Clady.
She had left her vehicle at a friend’s house in the Urney road area of the town and was seen at around 6pm last night walking towards the Clady Bridge into Donegal.
Concerns arose because she was wearing only a denim shirt and jeans, even though it was raining heavily.
The PSNI issued a bulletin a short time ago confirming that she has been found safe and well.
