At Glenties District Court today Dolores Keane, who was not in court, was charged with allegedly driving a motor vehicle with excess alcohol and careless driving at Derries, Glenties on March 26 last.

Mr Paudge Dorrian, solicitor, representing Ms Keane of Caherlistane, Tuam, Co. Galway, asked for the case to be adjourned until May 23 in Glenties.

He also requested that the case be heard after 2pm on that date.
