Businesses told not to give up hope

Donegal entrepreneurs have been told that they are heroes for continuing on in the current economic climate.
Endurance swimmer and businessman Steve Redmond told business people at the launch of Enterprising Donegal Business Week gathered that they are working harder than ever just to survive.
The Cork man, who runs a plant hire business, became the first person to complete the Oceans 7 Challenge last year after swimming seven channels around the world. The former rugby player braved, jelly-fish, sharks, extremely cold water and some of the strongest currents and tides in the world.
He encourage local business people to never give up.
“There’s always something left inside of you,” he said. “Never give up hope. You can get on with it and enjoy every bloody day.”
