BREAKING NEWS: Kevin Cassidy pleads guilty to causing affray

Donegal GAA all star and Ulster medal winner, Kevin Cassidy, pleaded guilty this afternoon to causing affray in 2008.

Four men appeared in Letterkenny Circuit Court for arraignment in relation to an incident at Ardnagapry, Derrybeg on August 24, 2008.

His brother Stephen Cassidy pleaded guilty to assault causing harm to Sean Maguire on the same date.

Sean Maguire pleaded guilty to causing a breach of the peace on the same date. Michael Maguire pleaded guilty to affray. A fifth man, Niall Maguire, had his arraignment adjourned to a later date.

Judge John O Hagan adjourned sentencing to the June sitting of Letterkenny Circuit Court
