B&B workshops in Letterkenny

Fáilte Ireland, the National Tourism Development Authority, is inviting members of the B&B sector to attend one of a series of workshops being held nationwide to introduce a repositioning strategy for the industry. The soon to be announced strategy has been endorsed by industry representative bodies and individual operators.

The Letterkenny workshop will take place in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny, on Monday, February 15th from 10am to 1pm.

The workshops are designed to familiarise operators with the new Bed and Breakfast strategy, which includes the introduction of a new B&B brand, underpinned by a new classification and categorisation system, as well as information on dedicated sector training and business supports.

The workshops will explain the benefits of the scheme, introduce the updated approval requirements, clarify the new process and provide networking opportunities for the sector.

All existing operators approved to FI standards and those wishing to become approved are welcome to attend.
